Aromatherapy: Aroma Lamp Instruction & Fragrances

Select one of these formulas.  Make sure the window(s) and door(s) in the room are closed to prevent the aromatic vapors from escaping.  Fill the small container on top of the aroma lamp with purified water and add the essential oils.  Depending on the type of aroma lamp you have, light the candle or turn on the light bulb.

As the water heats, the aromatic vapors disperse into the air.  Enjoy the fragrance!
