Healing Ritual
Items needed:
-
3 candles blue, white, pink
-
incense (1 part allspice, 1 part rosemary)
-
paper with name of recipient
-
quartz crystal
Place candles on altar in semi-circle, with the incense off
to the side. Place the person's name
in the center, with the quartz crystal on top. Center yourself, and inhale
the incense. Gather energy, and when you feel ready, release the energy,
directing it through the crystal to the recipient.

To aid in healing, or to soothe symptoms of serious
illness.
2 bowls of warm water
Bless or empower the water as you see fit... I just pray to
the God and Goddess and ask them to aid me in my healing, then I send as much
personal energy as I can into the water. Lie upon the bare earth (if not
possible, floor is OK). Have each hand in a separate bowl of warm water, arms
stretched out to the sides.
Visualize roots sprouting from the base of your spine,
going down into the earth. Breath deeply, and with each deep, slow inhalation,
feel the roots burrow deeper into the earth. see a bright light at the
center...see your roots penetrate it... now with each slow, deep breath, draw up
the energy from this light into you.
See two streams of light begin to come from the sky, one
stream into each bowl...feel the love of the God fill the bowl to your left,
feel the love of the Goddess fill the bowl to the right. Draw this love from the
bowls into your body through your hands. Collect the love energy from the bowls
and the energy from the earth into your heart, where your most personal energy
is kept. Build all the energy here...until you can contain it no more.
When you can no longer contain the energy in your heart,
release the energy to flood your entire body, and shout as loud as you can
"HEAL ME!!!" at the same time as the release. Continue to draw the
energy for a while, letting it flow through your body, and spilling onto the
ground...relax, and enjoy the peace that will settle over you.
After you have relaxed for a while, draw up your roots into
your body, remove your hands from the water, and sit up. Take a sip from the
bowl to your left, and thank the God for his love, then spill it at the base of
a tree. Then take a sip from the bowl at your right, and thank the goddess for
her love, then spill it upon the same tree. In the future, care for this
tree...it has been blessed by the love of the gods (the water) and it will aid
you in your health.

Healing Sew Spell (Silver
Ravenwolf):
This spell is best done on a new to full moon, on Sunday.
Take a pencil and write the sick person's name on a piece of white cloth
7in by 7in. Attach an embroidery
hoop and embroider over the outline with green thread.
With each stitch say:
"Holy
Ana, mother divine
Bring
healing energy
To this
friend of mine"
When you have finished, remove the hoop and turn the cloth
upside down (so that the wrong side faces you).
Take tsp of rosemary and
place it in your hand. Put a
picture of the sick person, or write their name on a piece of paper, and place
it on the cloth. Then say:
"Gentle
rosemary,
You
are the power
You
are the change
Make…(name)…..well
again."
Sprinkle the rosemary over the picture.
Hold tsp of nutmeg in your
hand and say:
"Gentle
nutmeg,
You
are the power
You are the change
Make…(name)…..well again."
Sprinkle the nutmeg on the picture.
Hold tsp of walnuts
(crushed) in your hand and say:
"From
mighty tree in magic dell
Walnuts,
make my friend be well."
Sprinkle the walnuts over the picture.
Take up the four corners of the cloth so that you make a pouch.
Twist the edges and tie a green or white ribbon around the top with a bow
and a double knot. Hold this bag in
your hand and say:
"Each
stitch in time
Each
little rhyme
Brings
the power closer."
Repeat this as often as possible while visualizing your
friend getting better. Hold the
visualization and chant as long as you can. When you have finished, thank
Ana and give the bag to you friend. If you cannot give it to them, put the
bag in a safe place until they get well again, open the bag, hold your hands
over it and thank the energies for helping to make your friend well.
Imagine the energy in the bag slipping back into the earth.
Let the air take the herb and nuts back to the earth, burn or throw away
the ribbon. Cleanse and consecrate
the picture and bag. If you used a name written on paper, burn it.

Egg Spell to Banish Illness
from Silver RavenWolf
As this is a banishing spell, perform it on a dark or full
moon on a Saturday. Hold an egg in your hand. Write on it with a black marker
"Banish illness from......(person's name)......"
Rub the egg over the person's body, envisioning the illness
entering the egg and leaving the body. (If you can't rub it over the actual
person, draw a stick figure on a piece of paper and write the person's name on
top).
Rub the egg onto this saying:
......(person's name)......
thin, without
Up and down
I banish the illness
All around.
When you have finished, throw the egg in a living body of
water, asking the element of Water to take the illness away from the person.
