Mercury Chakra: Communication Energy

Your Mercury chakra is located in your throat.  It is the seat if communication.  Sitting comfortably, close your eyes and focus your attention on your Mercury Chakra.  Breathe and imagine your throat opening.  Consider how you tend to communicate, and then imagine when your Mercury chakra is open, you can communicate effortlessly, speaking to others in a way that perfectly expresses your thoughts.  Imagine the power of communication flowing from the universe, God, or whatever source makes sense to you, into your Mercury chakra, and then back out of you.  Contemplate the way Gandhi, the Buddha, Moses, Mohammed, and other gifted spiritual leaders were able to communicate with divine and inspirational simplicity.  You, too, have the ability to communicate at much deeper levels.
