To Ease An Unrequited Love

When torment of a love unaccepted weighs heavily on your heart and soul, you may choose to purge it with fire.  To start, kneel before a blazing fire with a handful of Vervain leaves.  Toss the entire handful into the blaze at once along with the words:

“Creature of fire, flames that roar.  Purge me of pain, let it torment me no more.  Consume the hurt, that my soul is set free.  As I will, so mote it be!”
